My Journey in Fitness & Coaching

From Passion to Profession

My name is Erfun, and fitness has been more than just a career—it’s been a lifelong passion. With over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve dedicated myself to helping people transform their bodies, build strength, and improve their overall well-being.

My journey began in Tehran, Iran, where I first stepped into the world of fitness as a personal trainer. Over the years, I expanded my expertise, working with a diverse range of clients—from beginners to professional athletes—across top fitness centers in Iran and North Cyprus. This hands-on experience gave me deep insights into different training methodologies, body types, and the science of sustainable fitness.

My Professional Background

I hold multiple internationally recognized certifications, including:
🏅 ISSA Certified Personal Trainer
🏅 ISSA Corrective Exercise Specialist
🏅 Federation of Bodybuilding & Powerlifting Coaching Certification (Iran, Third Class)

Beyond personal training, I also specialize in TRX suspension training, muscle building, fat loss, injury rehabilitation, and sports performance coaching. My career has led me to hold various roles, from coaching and program development to managing fitness centers and consulting for gym startups.

In 2018, I took my career to the next level by moving to North Cyprus, where I worked as a personal trainer and later pursued my MBA at Cyprus International University. This experience not only expanded my knowledge of business and fitness management but also allowed me to connect with clients from all over the world.
